Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is recruiting for its Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati with paid relocation. You will train with top brokers, learn sales, logistics and supply chain, and build a solid client book.

Initial compensation starts at 55,000 USD in year one, with a sign-on bonus and housing allowance. There is an uncapped commission plan and strong six-figure potential after three years.

Responsibilities

• Receive direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help account executive solve customer needs and find carriers for time-sensitive freight.
• Manage daily operations and participate in hands-on and virtual training.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of business and meet sales metrics for commissions.
• Establish relationships to close new customers and negotiate prices.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
