Fast Track Partner Program

New York Life offers a comprehensive three-year training program that starts financial professionals with hands‑on experience in the field. Upon completion, participants may transition into management as an Associate Partner. Training includes marketing support, prospecting and technical assistance, and the opportunity to work with highly successful agents and managers.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop a team of financial professionals as an Associate Partner.
• Transition into management once program requirements are met.
• Join the intensive six‑month Associate Partner Training Program to further business acumen and expertise.
• Determine financial solutions for clients using life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, mutual funds, and other related products.
• Help clients develop long‑term strategies to achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications

• Experience working in sales is required.
• Highly motivated and goal‑oriented professional looking for a challenging yet rewarding occupation.
• Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language is a plus.
• Must have financial services industry and/or insurance industry experience.
• Knowledge of cultural markets is a plus.

Compensation

$65,000 – $106,000 per year.
