Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering 4-year degree program from an accredited university.
• Eligible for full-time employment Summer 2027.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Engineering Development Program (EDP) with accelerated training and mentorship in operations.
• Support innovation, process efficiency, equipment reliability, and safety initiatives.
• Contribute to compliance, quality assurance, and safe, sustainable production.
