Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a full-time Engineer for our Engineering Development Program (EDP) in Summer 2027 at Halsey, Oregon. The program provides accelerated training, mentorship, and exposure to operations leadership, with real-world, hands-on projects.

Entry-level engineers will gain experience across Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, and Manufacturing disciplines while contributing to safety, process improvement, and innovation within a Koch company culture.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree or alternative program (e.g., 2-year technical college program, certificate program, upskilling program).
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to relocate per program requirements.
• Eligible for full-time employment on or before Summer 2027.
