We're seeking a motivated Fast Track Claims Adjuster to join our dynamic team. This is an ideal opportunity for claims adjusters with at least 1 year of experience handling Commercial General Liability (CGL) claims who are looking to grow their skills in a supportive, training-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a caseload of general liability claims from first notice to resolution
• Conduct thorough investigations including liability and negligence analysis
• Determine coverage, analyze damages, and negotiate settlements
• Communicate effectively with claimants, clients, and vendors
• Establish and maintain timely and accurate reserves
• Identify and refer potential subrogation or fraud cases
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, client handling guidelines, and NARS Best Practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience handling General Liability Claims, preferably in a Commercial setting
• Active Claims Adjuster License Required (Florida or other applicable jurisdiction)
• Willingness to obtain or hold a NY 17-70 license (company pays for exam 1x)
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

The claims adjuster handles approximately 100 claims with less complexity, establishing facts of loss, coverage analysis, investigation, liability/negligence determination, damage assessment, settlement negotiations, and potential fraud identification. The role requires timely reserve analysis and compliance with regulations and guidelines.

Essential Duties include:

• Coverage analysis
• Customer service and communication
• Referral of subrogation potential
• Investigation and fact verification
• Reserves management
• Reporting and documentation
• Timely file closure

Work Environment Requirements:

• Extended computer use for data entry, research, and virtual meetings

Qualification Requirements:

• High School Diploma (2-year degree preferred)
• 1-2 years of general liability claims adjusting experience
• Florida Claims Adjuster’s license; NY 17-70 license a plus

Technical Skills:

• Advanced interpersonal, negotiation, organization, and communication skills

Abilities:

• Willingness to work overtime, especially during catastrophes
• Ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds
