Job summary

Mission Linen Supply is seeking experienced maintenance technicians with management or supervisory experience who are ready to lead their own facility. This fast-track, nine-month training program is built for skilled tradespeople with hands-on technical expertise and team leadership experience.

Upon successful completion, you'll move into a Chief Technician position at one of our 25 facilities. Starting pay: $30–$38 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and relocation after training to your

Qualifications

• Hands-on, working experience in industrial maintenance with leadership experience.
• PM programs, boiler operation, plumbing, hydraulics and pneumatics expertise.
• Industrial electrical systems, PLCs, schematics and control panels.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations for own facility during the program.
• Train under senior technicians and prepare for Chief Technician role.
• Relocate after training to manage a facility within three years.
