Job summary

Mission Linen Supply is offering a Maintenance Technician Training Program across state-of-the-art plants in California and Arizona. The program starts with a base salary of $25–$35 per hour and includes a fast-track nine-month curriculum designed to move trainees into technician and then production management roles.

Relocation is required during or after training within three years. Benefits include health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or certification in a related industrial field.
• Experience in both industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance/repair.
• Military experience is welcomed.
• The ability to relocate after completion of the program is important for career growth.

Responsibilities

• This nine-month program trains you to lead maintenance activities in an industrial laundry facility.
• You will learn from senior technicians and engineers.
• Upon completion, you may move into a technician role at a Mission facility.
