Qualifications

• Retail management experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability through guest and employee interactions, including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Advocate for training and development of employees.
• Partner on recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding, including compensation discussions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and Goodyear Retail requirements.
• Articulate warranties, promotions, and advertisements to guests.
• Recommend products based on manufacturing guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
• Perform manual tasks, including lifting tires and wheels, for extended periods.
