Job summary

Tractor Supply is hiring for a FAST Team Member to work within a single store, owning end-to-end tasks from planograms to price changes and signage maintenance. You’ll interact with customers and fellow team members, delivering legendary customer service and supporting merchandising, fixture assembly, and PDQ setup.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately are essential.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are needed to interact with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and store resets accurately and on time.
• Perform price changes and maintain signage including circulars and promotions.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures; maintain signage and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service and address customer needs using the GURA framework.
• Maintain safety and uphold company guidelines while supporting store operations.
