Capco’s US Insurance Practice is seeking a Business Analyst and FAST Configuration Analyst to help implement and transform insurance configurations using FAST PAS. You will work with clients and vendor subject matter experts to determine the best configuration options and deliver measurable value.

Apply your insurance expertise in Service, Operations and Product to configuration changes, collaborate with architects and developers, and communicate risks, timelines and trade-offs to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, OR Computer Science or related field.
• 0-1 years of experience with configuration for Life/Annuity on FAST PAS.
• Proficiency with MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of XSLT, XML/JSON, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; ability to explain technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance FAST PAS to support Capco insurance clients.
• Collaborate with clients and vendors to determine best configuration options.
• Provide solution options and trade-offs for process and service goals.
• Communicate status, risks, issues, and timelines clearly.
• Work with solution architects and developers on technical requirements.
