Job summary

Dorman Products is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment in our Madison, IN area. The role involves operating forklifts, picking orders, and coordinating with shipping/receiving to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include pulling orders, scanning items, loading/unloading trucks, and adhering to safety guidelines. Prior shipping experience is preferred; HS diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in a shipping department preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate a pack mule to fulfill orders.
• Pick ground freight orders and LTL freights.
• Pull transfer orders for shipping to SATV warehouses.
• Determine most efficient pick routes to speed fulfillment.
• Pull product for quality checks and return when complete.
• Scan correct products for orders efficiently.
• Sort orders from printer to optimize carrier-based workflow.
• Load/unload truck shipments; be flexible and able to cross-train.
