Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at our Draper, UT store. The role involves unloading, auditing and staging product to recover store inventory, with focus on accuracy and safety.

Full-time or part-time positions are available; base pay starts at $15.00 per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience. Forklift certification and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment during peak seasons are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Clear communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to work extended hours, especially peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Unload, audit, and stage products to recover store inventory.
• Ensure receiving paperwork is completed accurately.
• Store products safely to conserve space and meet safety SOPs.
• Oversee inventory rotation and perform related duties as directed.
• Comply with safe lifting practices and complete required training.
