Job summary

Staffmark in Groveport, OH is seeking a Warehouse Order Picker to join our team. The role involves picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment with RF scanners and handheld devices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

The position requires physical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Training and benefits accompany this hourly role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills required for order picking, inventory verification, and warehouse operations.
• Ability to understand work instructions, safety procedures, and shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders accurately using pick sheets, RF scanners, or handheld warehouse technology.
• Verify product quantities and specifications to ensure accurate order fulfillment and on-time shipping.
• Replenish inventory, maintain stock levels, and organize warehouse locations for efficient operations.
• Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits to maintain accurate records.
• Transport completed orders to shipping and staging areas using approved material handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following OSHA and company safety standards.
• Support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and other warehouse functions as assigned by management.
