Job summary

West Networks in Gainesville, FL is seeking an organized warehouse technician to keep our warehouse running with clockwork precision. You will receive stock, prep devices, and ship 5 to 200 packages daily to support field teams and customers.

Your role focuses on accurate picking, packing, staging devices for deployments, and maintaining ERP records, inventory, and shipping documentation. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in fast-moving logistics and are comfortable with multiple carriers.

Qualifications

• Warehouse & logistics experience (2+ years) in a fast-moving, multi-carrier environment.
• ERP proficiency with NetSuite, Business Central, Odoo or similar.
• Experience with shipping systems (UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, USPS).
• Strong organization & accuracy with KPI-driven pick/ship performance.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs; forklift a plus (certification preferred).
• Microsoft 365 basics (Excel, Teams, Outlook) for labels and communication.
• Background check required by company policy.

Responsibilities

• Pick/Pack/Ship at scale with a 3:00 PM daily cutoff.
• Device preparation: staging, labeling, asset tagging, basic QA checks.
• Receiving & put-away with ERP counts and variances reconciliation.
• Inventory control: maintain bin locations, conduct cycle counts, audit-ready shelves.
• RMA logistics: coordinate RMAs, tracking, and bulk returns per process.
• Freight coordination: prepare LTL/FTL pickups for bulk moves and site kits.
• Documentation & communication: attach references and tracking to orders per policy.
• Safety & 5S: keep aisles clear and ensure safe handling practices.
