Floor & Decor is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at our Burlingame location. The role involves unloading, auditing, and staging products to restore store inventory, with full-time and part-time opportunities.

Forklift certification is required, and candidates should adapt to varying weather and a fast-paced environment. Abilities to work extended hours during peak seasons are needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Attentive to detail and accurate.
• Ability to work in varied weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading, auditing, and staging product for inventory recovery.
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Complete and file receiving paperwork accurately.
• Store products properly to save space and follow safety procedures.
• Oversee inventory rotation within the warehouse.
• Perform related duties as directed by management.
• Follow safe lifting practices and SOPs.
• Complete required forklift training and certification.
