Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Ontario, CA is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join our fast-paced athletic apparel distribution warehouse. You will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders, as well as assisting in a warehouse and fulfillment environment, contributing to on-time shipments and customer satisfaction.

Candidates should be comfortable using RF scanners, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse software.
• Ability to train new employees on procedures.
• Able to perform repetitive, precise movements.
• Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and stay active.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick tickets, ensuring accuracy and speed.
• Prepare boxes, load carts, and stage orders for shipment.
• Verify packing accuracy, seal cartons, and send to shipping.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Use WMS to track inventory and maintain accountability.
• Load/Unload inbound and/or outbound freight from trailers/containers.
• Locate and move stock to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
• Transport materials to production workstations.
• Inspect machinery to determine repairs and ensure safety.
