Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Able to work at a quick, efficient, high-energy pace.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multitask while maintaining accuracy.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable and result-driven with strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude and coachable mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Execute high-quality food preparation and service using modern kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
• Support a team of 80+ members committed to personal and professional growth.
• Contribute to a fast pace, high-performance, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and excellence.
• Demonstrate a consistent sense of urgency, multitasking ability, and professionalism.
• Grow into leadership roles including Team Lead, Shift Lead, and Director through performance and development.
