Wegmans in New York is seeking a sushi prep team member to help prepare fresh, high-quality sushi rolls for display and assist customers with made-to-order requests. You will learn traditional techniques from experienced sushi chefs in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will slice fish, prepare rice, assemble rolls, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and uphold presentation standards while delivering friendly service.

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely preparation
• Uphold excellent food presentation and customer satisfaction
