Campus Ink and the NIL Store are seeking a high-energy content creator to produce 20+ original vertical videos weekly, edit fast, and publish timely clips from games, shoots, and office life. You’ll be part of a fast-moving team shaping college sports storytelling with athletes and fans.

You love sports, are comfortable on camera, and know TikTok and Reels. You’ll bring ideas, energy, and a can-do attitude to the Chicago office three days a week and collaborate with marketing, design, and

Qualifications

• You already shoot and edit short-form video yourself.
• You know TikTok and Reels, have a strong eye in Canva, and can keep a lot of ideas moving at once.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish 20+ original vertical videos a week across Campus Ink and NIL Store.
• Follow college sports closely and turn moments fans care about into timely content.
• Find the best clips, edit fast, and publish while they’re relevant.
• Get multiple strong posts out of shoots, events, and everyday office life.
• Jump on trends quickly and make them feel like us.
• Build recurring series around our people, athletes, merch, and college sports.
• Make graphics and social assets in Canva.
• See what works, then make more of it.
• Bring energy, urgency, and momentum to the content team every day.
