Job summary

Air Systems is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Service Projects team, focusing on Mechanical, Electrical and Piping disciplines. This role handles challenging designs, deadlines, and client goals while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

As a key contributor, you will lead project planning, cost control, vendor coordination, and client communication to ensure on-time delivery and quality results across service projects in San Jose and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of project management experience in industry.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to present effectively to clients and stakeholders.
• Developed presentation skills and customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Make sales contacts and research customer needs
• Follow up on sales leads with new and existing customers
• Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Establish long-term, ongoing repeat relationships with clients
• Meet established sales and profit goals
• Maintaining customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain professional communications with co-workers and clients
• Facilitates and troubleshoots problems associated with project
