Quanex is seeking a 100 Series Assembler (1st Shift) in Rice Lake, WI. Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4:00am–2:30pm with overtime as needed. Starting hourly rate is $18.50/hr, with annual pay increases. Qualifications

• Production, assembly, warehouse or mechanical experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attendance and reliability is expected.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up production equipment.
• Perform manual window screen fabrication and cloth installation.
• Complete quality checks and maintain attention to detail.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and improve workflow.
