Quanex is seeking a 100 Series Assembler for our Rice Lake, WI location. This role operates on a 10-hour shift, Monday through Thursday, with overtime as needed during the busy season.

The position starts at $18.50 per hour plus a $3 per hour shift differential, with opportunities for annual pay increases. The role involves operating production equipment, manual screen fabrication, quality checks, and teamwork to hit targets while maintaining safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up production equipment.
• Manually fabricate window and door screens and install screen cloth.
• Palletize finished goods.
• Perform quality checks while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Work efficiently with team members to meet production targets and improve workflow.
• Follow all safety procedures and promptly report existing or potential hazards to the supervisor or team lead.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality for all scheduled hours.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Monday-Thursday 2:30pm-1am | Overtime needs vary daily during the busy season.

The hourly range for this position begins at $18.50/hr + $3/hr shift differential with opportunity for pay increase on an annual basis.
