Job summary

Wingstop is hiring Team Members to join a fast-paced kitchen and counter team. You’ll help prepare wings and other menu items, greet guests, take orders, and ensure accuracy while maintaining clean facilities.

This role emphasizes customer service, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a busy restaurant. Flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and employee meal discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
• Take guest orders accurately in person and over the phone
• Prepare wings, fries, and other menu items according to Wingstop standards
• Sauce, season, package, and present food properly
• Ensure all orders are accurate before serving guests
• Operate kitchen equipment and follow all food safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
• Handle cash and process credit card transactions accurately
• Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
• Work as part of a team to meet speed and quality standards
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and uniform guidelines
