• Greet guests, take orders, process payments and address issues.
• Operate cash register or POS and utilize suggestive-selling techniques.
• Verify order accuracy and prepare and package food and drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining area, restrooms and grounds.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and stock inventory as needed.
• Work across multiple roles (front counter, Drive-Thru, prep, expediter).
• Attend shifts promptly and maintain uniform and grooming standards.
• Collaborate with team to resolve restaurant issues and serve customers professionally.
