Job summary

J&H Family Stores is seeking a Quick Service Food Manager to lead a team across Subway, Tim Horton's and Little Caesars operations. You will drive exceptional customer service, ensure store goals and financial objectives are met, and enforce company policies and procedures.

The role reports to the District Manager and supervises Sandwich Artist's, Baristas, Bakers, and Pizza Makers. The ideal candidate has at least two years of management experience in hospitality, retail, or restaurant

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years management experience in hospitality, retail or restaurant industries.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college diploma preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage with customers and develop relationships.
• Ability to motivate and develop a team to exceed expectations.
• Capable of problem solving with minimal supervision and high energy.

Responsibilities

• Lead store with focus on outstanding customer service and achievement of sales and financial goals.
• Implement strategies to meet store goals and objectives.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate store employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain safe, clean store environment and follow safety policies.
• Manage ordering, banking, and store financials; handle cash and audits.
