Mac Haik's Southway Ford is seeking a driven Quick Lane Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers from arrival to vehicle delivery. You will greet customers, document needs, and communicate repair progress with a focus on satisfaction.

This full-time role supports a 4-day, 40-hour work week in a fast-paced dealership setting, emphasizing exceptional service, strong organization, and teamwork within the service department.

Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive service advisor or in a dealership environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with customers.
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and document vehicle needs to create a welcoming service experience.
• Communicate service recommendations clearly and provide updates throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services and accurate repair orders.
• Educate customers on maintenance requirements and present clear estimates.
