Ventek Solutions in Shelbyville, KY is seeking a Production Associate to join our Shelbyville plant, reporting to the Shift Supervisor. The role emphasizes safety, quality, productivity, and a strong work ethic.

You will work with cross-functional teams, spot defects on the packing line, and bring hands-on and analytical skills to the packing process. A physically active, detail-oriented candidate is ideal for this fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical labor.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble, pack, close and stack boxes.
• Maintain a safe working environment. Safety is your #1 priority.
• Pack boxes according to work instructions.
• Removes finished parts from press; visually inspects to assure quality; move parts to designated area.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Must be able to work in a fast past environment
• Report any quality defects to quality, processing team or supervisor
• Collaborating closely with other departments and teams
• Performing all duties in support of Ventek’s quality and safety policies.
