Qualifications

• Previous prep or cooking experience in a high-volume kitchen or food manufacturing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy; follows HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation time.
• Serves customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Completes required documentation, reports and logs per policy.
