Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items on production sheets following quantities and recipes.
• Complete daily production worksheets and waste logs; taste for quality.
• Operate and clean equipment according to department procedures.
• Store, label, and date all food items per policy; follow HACCP guidelines.
• Take orders and prepare items that require short preparation time; serve customers efficiently.
