Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa is hiring a Cashier – Fiesta Taco to deliver 4-Diamond guest service by greeting guests, taking orders, and processing payments with accuracy at the Fiesta Taco outlet. You will maintain knowledge of the menu, operate the POS system, balance cash drawers, and ensure timely, friendly service in a fast-paced environment within the casino dining area.

The role requires standing for long periods, attention to detail, and compliance with safety and ABC regulations.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Professional, guest-service-oriented demeanor with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in food service or cashiering preferred.

Responsibilities

Greets guests with a welcoming attitude and provides accurate order taking.
Operates the POS system to process payments, discounts, comps, and room charges.
Maintains cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and service area.
Delivers meals and beverages promptly and ensures proper presentation and accuracy of orders.
Balances cash drawers and follows company procedures for handling cash and transactions.
Ensures compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation standards.
