Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring for a Pack er role in Montgomeryville, PA. The 2nd shift runs 3:15 PM to 11:45 PM with a pay rate of $18.94 per hour. Responsibilities include loading, packing, inspecting, labeling, and palletizing products while following GMP and safety procedures.

Candidates should have a High school diploma or equivalent, the ability to read work orders, and basic measuring tools experience. Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written work orders, production instructions, and quality procedures.
• Understanding of GMP requirements preferred.
• Previous manufacturing/warehouse experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load, pack, inspect, label, and palletize products according to production schedules and orders.
• Read work instructions and follow established manufacturing processes to ensure quality and productivity.
• Perform visual inspections and use gauges, scales, and measuring tools to verify products meet quality standards.
• Assemble, package, seal, identify, and stack finished goods for shipment or storage.
• Complete production, quality, and inventory documentation while maintaining accurate records.
• Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance issues; keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow GMP and safety standards to support efficient manufacturing operations.
