It is a temporary assignment in a busy flooring company environment with a 8:00 AM-4:30 PM schedule. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of order processing experience, strong QuickBooks and Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume order processing or order entry experience.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-focused work.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of customer orders accurately in QuickBooks and internal systems.
• Review orders for correct pricing, SKUs, quantities, and delivery information.
• Track and update order status using Excel spreadsheets.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments primarily through email.
• Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and perform general administrative support tasks.
