CHRISTUS Health is seeking a competent Nurse in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit in Corpus Christi, TX. The Nurse will provide routine and complex care, using the nursing process and collaborating with team members to manage patient plan of care.

The role requires a BSN preferred, 1 year of related nursing experience preferred, and BLS certification. This full-time position offers multiple shifts and a collaborative work environment with a focus on teamwork.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred.
• BLS is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provides nursing care utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation).
• Administers medications and treatments; monitors side-effects and effectiveness.
• Documents patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given.
• Assesses learning needs and provides education to patients, families and/or caregivers.
