Job summary

Flock & Fresh in Dallas is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to prepare menu items with consistency, accuracy, and care while upholding safety and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.

You'll follow established recipes, maintain clean, organized workstations, and operate kitchen equipment safely. Collaborating with Shift Managers, you will protect food quality and guest experience through meticulous attention to detail and teamwork during all shifts.

Qualifications

• Food Handler certification required prior to beginning in-restaurant work.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age 16 years.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes, food safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Preparing fresh ingredients, sauces, and components with accuracy, consistency, and care.
• Protecting food quality, safety, and consistency at all times.
• Maintaining clean, organized, and food-safe workstations.
• Operating kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
• Supporting opening and closing procedures as scheduled.
• Working with urgency while protecting quality and attention to detail.
• Communicating clearly with Shift Managers and team members to support smooth operations.
• Monitoring product levels and communicating needs or shortages to leadership.
• Identifying and communicating equipment, safety, or cleanliness concerns promptly.
