• Previous high-volume cooking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in kitchen operations under the guidance and direction of the Chef/Manager.
• Open and close kitchen, oversee shift as host and ensure smooth operation.
• Regulate labor and food costs; oversee side work and cleaning duties.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
