• On a daily basis- complete pre and post shift cleaning tasks.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils and other kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area, including sinks, countertops, and floors.
• Follow proper sanitation and hygiene protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe environment.
• Work as a team to achieve time-sensitive tasks.
• Safely maintain and operate kitchen equipment.
• Prioritize tasks to maintain a steady workflow in a fast-paced environment.
