Job summary

strap Tank is hiring a Dishwasher to join our brand-new restaurant and brewery team. In this role, you’ll ensure the kitchen and dining areas are stocked with clean dishes, helping to create a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in dishwashing or similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Ensure that clean dishes and utensils are properly stored and ready for use.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining kitchen areas, including floors and equipment.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic prep tasks as needed.
• Keep track of inventory levels for cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
• Remove trash and ensure the kitchen and dining areas are free of debris.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support kitchen and restaurant operations.
