Big Grove Brewery in Iowa City is seeking a hardworking Dishwasher to join our culinary team. You will keep dishes, glassware, and utensils clean and organized in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires team collaboration, adherence to sanitation standards, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks and stand for long periods. Prior dishwashing experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.

• Experience working as a dishwasher is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• On a daily basis- complete pre and post shift cleaning tasks.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils and other kitchen equipment.
• Keep sinks, countertops, and floors clean and free of debris.
• Follow proper sanitation and hygiene protocols to prevent cross-contamination.
• Work as a team to achieve time sensitive tasks.
• Safely maintain and operate kitchen equipment.
• Assist with waste and water management.
