Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area, including sinks, countertops and floors.
• Follow proper sanitation and hygiene protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe environment.
• Work as a team to complete time-sensitive tasks.
• Safely operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Practice waste and water management to minimize waste.
