Job summary

Bear Valley Mountain Resort is seeking friendly, enthusiastic Dishwashers to join our team for the ski season. In this role you will clean dishes, utensils, and cookware, help maintain a clean kitchen, and support the dining area during busy shifts.

We value reliability and teamwork, and you will work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment with potential for weekend and holiday hours. Transportation to the Bear Valley kitchen is required due to location and snow conditions.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Willingness to work 40–48 hours per week seasonally.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized dishwashing and kitchen areas.
• Remove trash, clean floors, and assist with general kitchen cleaning.
• Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout each shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
