Qualifications

• Valid Food Handler Card.
• Ability to interact with team in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and accident prevention.
• Understanding of kitchen equipment and their standard usage.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds and assist with heavier lifts.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, scrub, and mop the kitchen floor and areas to meet sanitation standards.
• Deep clean under bar wells and drains to pass sanitation inspections.
• Scrub dish room, dishwasher, walls, shelves, and sinks.
• Handle glassware, plates, bowls, and equipment with care.
• Take out garbage and keep storage areas clean and organized.
• Ensure proper care and storage of food and cleaning supplies.
