Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with industrial dishwashing machines preferred.
• Experience with kitchen and restaurant operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, pots, and pans in a high-volume kitchen.
• Operate dishwashing machine and three-compartment sinks.
• Clean and sanitize ovens, grills, and processing machines.
• Break down dirty bus tubs and manage trash.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing kitchen storage.
