Job summary

Landed is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to support our kitchen operations in Fayetteville, GA. This role keeps the dish station moving and ensures clean wares during peak hours, enabling the whole back-of-house team to perform at its best.

You'll wash dishes and kitchenware quickly, maintain cleanliness, assist with basic prep as needed, and follow all health and safety standards to keep our kitchen safe and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, pots, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly using commercial dish machines and manual washing as needed
• Maintain a steady flow of clean plates and tools to keep service moving during peak hours
• Properly sort, stack, and store clean items in designated areas
• Keep the dish pit, floors, and surrounding areas clean, dry, and organized to prevent hazards
• Empty trash and recycling regularly; break down boxes and manage kitchen waste
• Assist with basic food prep, deliveries, or storage organization when needed
• Follow all health and safety standards for sanitation, chemical handling, and food safety
• Communicate with kitchen staff to prioritize items during high-volume periods
