• Balances fryers and maintains shortening level.
• Cleans fryers and maintains sanitation.
• Prepares and cooks food as directed by Manager in Charge.
• Keeps food within quality standards and holding times.
• Maintains clean work area and stocking of supplies at batter area.
• Keeps cooler organized and performs other tasks as assigned.
