Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to questions in a timely manner.

• Clean kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Store or discard excess food per safe handling procedures.
• Keep refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized; store items per standards.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Report maintenance needs or faulty equipment to supervisor immediately.
