Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume, repetitive assembly tasks is a plus.
• Ability to operate and monitor semi-automatic assembly machinery.
• Ability to stage finished product and ensure components are stocked.
• Follows standard operating procedures to maintain quality.
• Identifies and reports recurring defects or machine faults.

Responsibilities

• High-volume assembly: execute repetitive, high-speed assembly line tasks to meet daily production quotas.
• Machine tending: operate and tend to semi-automatic assembly machinery, loading components and monitoring cycle progress.
• Material flow: ensure workstation is stocked with components and stage finished product for next step.
• Process adherence: follow SOPs and assembly steps to maintain uniform product quality.
• Defect reporting: identify and report recurring defects or faults.
