Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants in Jacksonville, AR is seeking a Team Member to deliver fast, bold food with excellent Guest service. You will help promote Guest satisfaction, assist the General Manager by escalating concerns, and respond to Guests’ needs while maintaining a safe, clean, and energetic restaurant environment.

Preferred candidates have a HS diploma or GED and may be Food Safety Certified.

Qualifications

• Guest service or food preparation experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours.
• High energy to keep up with our fast-paced environment.

• High School Diploma or GED – Preferred.
• Food Safety Certified – Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Guest service and fast, bold food.
• Build sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction.
• Escalate concerns to the General Manager.
• Identify and respond to Guests’ needs.
• Cross-train and certify in multiple positions.
• Adhere to policies to maximize Guest and employee satisfaction.
• Help ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for our employees and Guests.
