Job summary

Atlas RFID in Birmingham, AL is seeking a dependable Warehouse & Fulfillment Specialist for a full-time role. You will help ensure customer orders are received, packed, shipped, and organized with accuracy in a collaborative warehouse-office setting.

The position requires physical work, the ability to lift 30 lbs, and weekly hours Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Start date is immediate, with a compensation package of $42,000–$45,000 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs, stand for long periods, and remain on your feet.
• Willingness to learn and follow repeatable processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP/inventory systems is a plus.
• Must report to the office daily; no remote work.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments, verify contents, and shelve inventory the same day.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain an organized warehouse and assist with inventory counts and routine maintenance.
• Collaborate with shipping carriers and uphold safety and cleanliness.
