Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a team member for warehouse-like duties in our Fair Lakes location. The role focuses on processing orders, picking merchandise using an RF scanner, and moving items to staging while upholding club standards and safety guidelines.

The position emphasizes fast, courteous service, teamwork, and adherence to SOPs to ensure accurate order fulfillment and a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Uses handheld RF scanner to pick orders and verify merchandise.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and ensure timely replenishment.
• Maintain a clean and organized SFC area and handle damaged or spoiled items per SOP.
• Support club policies, procedures and compliance while delivering service excellence.
