Job summary

GoodBuy Gear is seeking a Quality Inspection Associate at our Columbus-area Fulfillment Center to help ensure accurate, on-time order processing and support our sustainable mission.

In this busy warehouse role, you will pick, pack, label, and prepare shipments, maintain orderly work areas, and use handheld scanners, tablets, and basic warehouse software. What You Will Do:

• As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll help get customer orders out the door accurately and on time. This is a traditional warehouse fulfillment role focused on picking, packing, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining an organized workflow.
• Picking customer orders, packing products safely, verifying order accuracy, labeling/preparing shipments, moving inventory, maintaining work areas, and hitting productivity expectations.
• People who succeed in this role enjoy staying active, working at a steady pace, following clear processes, and seeing measurable progress throughout their shift.

Work Schedule:

• Days: Monday - Thursday; 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
